Arvee Flores
Partner - Head of US Taxation
Arvee is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over a decade of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and tax consultancy across various industries. As Head of US Taxation, he leads tax strategy development and provides expert advisory services for a global client base.
Previously, Arvee worked at Vasquez & Company LLP, progressing from Junior to Senior Audit Associate. He also held roles at ELOF Accounting Corporation, AAA Tax Consultant, and SGV & Co. (EY Philippines), gaining diverse experience in tax consulting, management accounting, and auditing.
He is a member of several professional organizations, including CALCPA, PICPA, ACFE, and NIAT, and has completed extensive training in IFRS and advanced audit practices.
Lot Buluran
Partner - Head of PH Accounting and Tax
Lot is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over a decade of professional experience. As Head of Philippines Accounting and Tax, she oversees accounting, taxation, and payroll services. Her expertise covers various industries, from SMEs to foreign-owned corporations. Lot tailors solutions to each business’s unique needs and has successfully handled BIR audit cases and tax assessments.
With experience in both public and private sectors, Lot provides value-added services to clients. She previously worked at SGV & Co., an Ernst and Young (EY) Global Limited member practice, and has contributed to pioneer engagements in leading outsourcing firms and tech companies in the Philippines. Lot occasionally speaks at industry events, sharing her insights.
Justine Tala
Partner - Head of Operations
Justine is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over a decade of professional experience. He specializes in strategic advisory services, business processes and systems, and special audit investigations. Justine also excels in business formation, particularly for startups, and leads the firm’s digital transformation efforts.
Before co-founding the firm, Justine worked at SGV & Co., an Ernst and Young (EY) Limited member firm, serving clients across various industries in the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand. His experience at SGV & Co. enhanced his skills and industry knowledge. Justine’s commitment to excellence, strategic leadership, and personalized client solutions make him a valuable asset to the firm and a trusted advisor in accounting and business consulting.
